Your duties will include:

• Leading and managing the Blue Coats Entertainment team, including creating and overseeing rotas and performance schedules to align with business needs.
• Collaborating with various departments to plan content, schedules, and resources across the parks.
• Driving the development of entertainment programs, including sourcing and planning costumes and props to deliver engaging performances.
• Organising and conducting regular rehearsals with the Blue Coats Entertainment team to maintain and elevate performance standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience within an entertainment team in a holiday park or a similar environment. Excellent communication, time management, and hosting skills are highly desirable and preferred.
