Your Role as a Sales and Customer Service Representative:

  • Solutions Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations during residential campaigns, showcasing cutting-edge products/services and responding to client inquiries with expert knowledge.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and loyalty within the brand's sector.
  • Personal Development: Enhance your communication skills, learn to negotiate and close deals, and exceed sales targets with comprehensive AI systems and processes, product training and personalised support. Gain insights into basic admin tasks and data processing to help improve team performance.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • No Prior Experience Needed: We welcome all applicants, especially those with a background in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, digital marketing, AI / technology systems, direct sales, data entry, administration, desk/reception role, research or any customer-facing role. These skills will be desirable and transferable to this business but not a necessity.
  • Flexible Schedule: Work from Monday-Sunday, with a minimum commitment of 4 days a week.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Eligibility: Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the UK (no Tier 4 or Tier 2 visas, please do not apply if this applies to you) Dependent visa is accepted.
