Job Description
Exciting opportunity for an experienced AV Sales Manager to join a Global lifestyle hospitality brand. (£60,000 - £65,000 + bonus scheme +benefits).
As a pivotal part of the sales organisation you will provide technical expertise and knowledge during the sales process to create the right solution for Clients while helping the sales team close business and increasing AV sales revenue.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in technology services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals aligned with customer requirements
- Achieve individual revenue target
- Provide expert guidance and technical knowledge during the sales process by assessing client needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert, explaining the features and benefits of the company's technology services.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technology and operations, to develop tailored solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes
What We Look For
- Proven track record in sales, specifically within the AV and technology services sector. Strong presenter, both virtually and in-person.
- Strong understanding of AV technology, networking, and related solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and effective time management skills
