Head of Insight to join a leading hospitality company.

Leading a small high performing team working across consumer trends and market insight. This is a cross functional role facing into a senior level, advising on strategy, transformation and commercial.

The Role - You and your team will lead on:

• Consumer segmentation
• Consumer behaviours, usage and attitudes
• Consumer research and polling
• Occasions construction and tracking
• Tracking performance vs market
• Competitor monitoring and research

About you

• Experience in a similar role at a hospitality company or an FMCG / Agency into hospitality
• Great analytical skills, highly numerical and a dab hand with quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Strong communication and storying telling to engage and influence at all levels

Package

£80,000 + Car + Bonus + Benefits
