Brand Lead

We're working with a super business with hybrid working on the table - looking for a 12 months mat cover role as Brand Lead. You will come from the world of retail (store), restaurants, hospitality, leisure facilities etc. Your experience will have been instrumental in driving traffic / footfall to the locations you worked within (so this isn't suitable for someone who has an ecommerce only background).

You will be responsible for:

• Developing the brand proposition and creating frameworks for the business to roll out
• The brand proposition will include food, drink, entertainment, service and atmosphere standards, customer journey, design and environment, pricing strategy etc
• Building and delivering a brand with a strong ROI in terms of performance, cash margin volume growth and brand awareness
• Creating communication strategy, including visual identity
• Ensuring the proposition is created in a way to maximise customer experience, competitive edge and sales/profitability
• You will manage an executive and be responsible for their workload within the overarching larger team. You will have excellent commercial acumen, be a great influencer and be comfortable reporting to senior stakeholders.
