Job Description

Gilbert Meher are pleased to be partnered with a well-established hospitality organisation and we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to lead their people function and drive employee relations, rewards, and people strategy initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a large organisation while partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective people strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead and manage employee relations to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee and enhance reward systems to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to influence organisational strategy and drive performance.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices support the needs of a large, complex organisation.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles within large organisations.
  • Expertise in employee relations, rewards, and strategic HR planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and drive business-aligned HR initiatives.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
