Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective people strategies that align with business goals.
- Lead and manage employee relations to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee and enhance reward systems to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to influence organisational strategy and drive performance.
- Ensure HR policies and practices support the needs of a large, complex organisation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles within large organisations.
- Expertise in employee relations, rewards, and strategic HR planning.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and drive business-aligned HR initiatives.
- Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
