Site Manager – Fit-Out

£45,000 - £55,000

Wigan

A fantastic opportunity is available to join a UK leading refurbishment company based out of Wigan.

My client specialises in fit out and refurbs of Schools, hotels and hospitals and are looking for an experienced site manager to join their team from the beginning of 2025.

Their work mainly just covers Manchester; Liverpool; Wigan and Warrington but they can work nationwide.

The first project you would be involved in is a £300,000 refurb of a youth centre in Liverpool city centre.

The Duties

* Manage daily site operations, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project milestones.

* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all sites.

* Oversee schedules, budgets, and workforce allocations for multiple projects.

* Conduct regular quality control inspections and address any issues promptly.

* Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and on-site teams.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in fit outs and refurbs.

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential.

* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and prioritise tasks under pressure.

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North-West
