This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to contribute across various key service areas, including the Restaurant, Bar, Lounge, Terrace, and Function Rooms, under the strategic guidance of our Food & Beverage Manager

Role Overview:

This versatile role is ideal for individuals with a background in either bartending or food service, offering flexibility to broaden their skill set. Whether you are an experienced bartender seeking to diversify into food service or a seasoned waiter aspiring to develop bar expertise, this position presents a valuable opportunity for professional advancement.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: £29,016.00 per year (based on 37.5 hours per week, £14.88 per hour)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts as required
