An established and successful company, recently opened and trading well, is looking for a manager for its cafe in Westfield. Serving an all day all fresh light breakfast and lunch menu alongside a range of cakes, patisserie, pastries and great coffee and beverages in a very relaxed and informal setting.

CAFE MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?

• Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a busy, fast paced commercial customer facing operation
• A passion for serving high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service
• A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
• Experience working with food - preparing and serving
  
• A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to get results
• Financially and commercially astute with the ability to build sales

CAFE MANAGER - MAIN DUTIES

• Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances
• Recruit, train and develop your team
• Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
• Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance
  
• Basic food preparation
• Drive sales
