The Person
The ideal demi Chef de partie will have the following:
- Previous experience as a Commis or demi chef de partie
- Hotel or restaurant experience beneficial
- Fresh food kitchen experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Live locally and ideally have your own transport
