We are recruiting for a leading global property and construction consultancy, who are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Director or Salaried Partner to join their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Director-level professional looking to take the next step and progress into a Partner role, leading a variety of exciting and high-profile projects.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering multiple projects across diverse sectors, including commercial, residential, hospitality (hotel and restaurant), and education. They are not focused on a specific sector background, so experience in one or more of these industries is beneficial, but not essential.

As a Salaried Partner, you will take on increased responsibility and the chance to impress by leading complex projects, including heritage-based buildings and large-scale developments. You will oversee projects valued from a few million to £20m+, with the opportunity to drive bids and lead project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Take charge of complex, large-scale developments, including heritage properties and projects requiring a sensitive approach.
• Act as the main leader in bidding processes, securing new business and fostering client relationships.
• Progress into a Partner role, managing key relationships, and driving business growth.

About You:

• Experienced in managing large, complex projects, or large-scale buildings.
• Self motivated, driven and conscious to deliver when needed under tight timelines and budgets.
• Strong leadership and business development skills, with a focus on winning bids and managing multiple projects.
• Degree educated in construction or real estate and MRICS or MCIOB is preferred but not essential.
• Sector experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or education sectors, though we are flexible in sector background.
• You must be a director-level professional eager to take on more responsibility and step up to a Partner role.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range of £110,000 - £145,000.
