Hours: 30+ hrs p/wk
Shifts: Monday to Saturday Variable Shifts (Closed on Sundays)

The Square Tavern is a welcoming pub in the heart of Tolmers Square, serving fantastic British food for lunch and dinner in a warming atmosphere and friendly team. You will be cooking a seasonally changing menu, following the specifications to ensure quality dishes every time!

Responsibilities:

• Work under our current Kitchen Manager to ensure flawless service every day
• Follow Specifications of the menu cooking with fantastic produce
• Keeping a clean and tidy kitchen, following our Health & Safety standards
• + General Line Chef Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ Years experience as a line cook / chef
• Ability to follow menu specifications and the look of the dishes
• Keeps a calm and collected attitude even in stressful times we will not tolerate aggressive behaviour in our pub.
• A willingness to continue your learning journey with us
• Ability to work with others, working together to get through a service
