Job Description
This is an exciting role to support within in the restaurant team at a prestigious new restaurant in Kensington & Chelsea. Bringing an Italian fine dining flavour to West London.
With a high-profile chef, Emanuele Pollini designing the food concept, this will be an incredible opportunity to work in a grade 2 listed iconic building, with an art gallery.
As a Senior Chef de Partie you will work within the kitchen at one of the dedicated sections that will be issued to you by the Sous and Head Chef.
The Senior Chef de Partie will:
- Prepare ingredients, keep your section clean, hygienic, and running smoothly
- Cook and present high quality dishes from your section, sometimes under considerable time pressure
- Assist the Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Complete mise en place list
- Clean down of kitchen
Skills & Experience:
- At least 4 years experience working in high-end kitchens
- You will need to be an excellent communicator with great organisational skills
- You will possess a friendly demeanour and take genuine pleasure in supporting your colleagues
- Level 2 in Food Safety
- A qualification in catering and hospitality is preferable
