A prestigious 1 michelin starred restaurant in Central London is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join its award winning team. £39,000-42,000.

Role: Chef de Partie - Michelin-Starred Restaurant

Location: Central London
Salary: 391,000 - £42,000 per annum
Hours: 50 hours per week

Are you a talented Chef de Partie with Michelin-star experience and a passion for Mediterranean cuisine? This renowned Central London restaurant, owned by a celebrity chef, is looking for you!

About the restaurant:

  • 1 Michelin star

  • Specializing in Mediterranean cuisine

Role:

  • Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef

  • Prepare and cook exquisite Mediterranean dishes

  • Oversee a kitchen section and manage junior staff

  • Maintain top quality and consistency

  • Adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Michelin-starred restaurant experience is required

  • Passion for Mediterranean cuisine

  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work 50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
