Front of House Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Pub Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of the pub efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the pub, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and motivate staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Organize and promote events to attract customers.

Requirements:
