Chef

We are looking for a chef for a busy day time only restaurant near Stratford upon Avon serving a classic cafe menu - breakfast, lunch, cakes, patisserie and pastries. It is a very busy operation so you will need some volume experience.We are looking for someone ambitious who is interested in career progression and development.

A massive bonus is that you will work daytime shifts only so you will have a great work life balance.

You will need your own transport.

You will work alongside the head chef preparing and cooking the company menu.

As a Chef you will:

• Prepare and cook the predominantly fresh regularly changing company menu
  
• Help to monitor stock levels
  
• Manage the cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards
• Work closely with the front of house team
• Maintain high standards of food presentation
  

Attributes - Chef

We are looking for:

• A chef with experience working in high volume fast paced kitchens - restaurants, cafes, contract catering, pubs, hotels etc
  
• Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for cooking
• Knowledgeable in Food Hygiene and Health and Safety requirements.
• Passion for delivering the highest quality food and service.
• Ambition - looking to progress and develop your career.
