Sous Chef - 4-star hotel located close to Chester

• Starting Salary 33k a year
• You will be contracted to a 40-hour working week
• Working Straight Shifts
• With the Head chef you will be Leading a team of 10
• Heading up the whole kitchen operation from paperwork to training the existing kitchen team for future career growth
• Conference and banqueting numbers averaging around 150-200 covers
• Catering for around 15-weddings per year
• You will be working to company standards on the menus but using fresh produce
• This is part of an amazing group, with future career opportunities
• We are looking for a Sous Chef who a hands-on chef, A chef who has previous experience of running multiple outlets whilst training and developing the current team. This would suit a chef who likes to cook but wants a work life balance
