The RestaurantDressed in soft shades of green and immaculately designed by Nicola Harding and Sir Frank Lowe, the Fuji Grill showcases an impressive collection of 19th-century woodblock prints depicting the world celebrated Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji. Featuring an elegant menu of flawless sushi, sashimi and nigiri, alongside signature Beaverbrook dishes such as Charcoal Wagyu with Juniper Miso, or a fine selection of modern Japanese gourmet specialities with our seasonal tasting menu.

- Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable
- Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadline
- Attention to detail, efficient and responsible
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Ability to motivate, train and supervise junior members of the team
- A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field
Shift Pattern
- This role consists of 45 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7.
- Your shift patterns will typically consist of: 10:00-17:00 or 15:00-23:00.
