The Role of General Manager?

This site is a high-volume site taking on average £100-£120,000 and offers a very informal but personable service with fantastic fresh food. They are really looking for a super star to help them succeed. You will be a leader of people and someone who can inspire, motivate and develop their team organically. This is about the guest, so someone who is customer focused is essential. Commercially minded and someone who wants to make this restaurant a cut above the rest.
