What You’ll Do

• Drive Performance – Lead multiple venues to success by achieving and exceeding sales, profitability, and operational goals.
• Empower Teams – Support, mentor, and inspire General Managers and their teams to excel.
• Analyse & Strategize – Use data-driven insights to refine processes, optimize operations, and make informed decisions.
• Ensure Quality – Maintain the highest standards in food, service, and ambiance across all locations.
• Grow the Business – Identify opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and community engagement to elevate the brand.
• Champion Compliance – Guarantee strict adherence to health, safety, and operational regulations.

About you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in multi-site management, ideally in a fast-paced, casual dining environment.
