Job Description

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum plus company car or car allowance
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our Northern division overseeing 15-25 education, commercial and corporate sites.
You’ll be managing a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring their sites are thoroughly supervised and that the specified standards are met and maintained to a high level. No two days will be the same. When you’re dealing with people there’s never a dull moment, and you’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to support and develop your team.

As a Cleaning Account Manager, you’ll be:
* Maintaining strong client relationship with high levels of satisfaction
* Providing and maintaining the quality-of-service delivery
* Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams
* Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager.
* Be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to
* Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.
As a Cleaning Account Manager, you’ll have:
* Demonstratable experience managing cleaning contracts
* Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills
* Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior level
* Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems
* Ability to work to tight timescales
* Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy
