We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the front of house team in this stunning destination dining pub. As Assistant General Manager you will support the GM and deputise in his absence overseeing the daily running of the restaurant and ensuring standards of service remain consistently high.

The Perks

• Salary basic of £32,000
• £10,000- £12,000 in service per annum!

The Person

The Assistant General Manager will have:

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a gastro pub or restaurant setting
• The confidence to deputise for the General Manager in their absence, supporting with the efficient running of service.
• Dedication, motivation and positive
• Flexibility to cover shifts as required.
• Passion to deliver excellent customer service
• Ideally live locally or have your own transport.
