Your Responsibilities:
- Organise events, foster connections, and build a neighbourhood where residents and businesses thrive.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the scheme runs like clockwork.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the living experience, driving innovation and excellence.
- Resolve challenges, champion customer satisfaction, and leave a lasting impression on everyone who walks through the doors.
Your Requirements:
- Proven expertise in property management, managing BTR, Residential or Hotels assets.
- A leader with a passion for people and community.
- A problem-solver with operational savvy and a drive for excellence.
- A dynamic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric role.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimising returns.
