We are currently looking for an AssistantHead Sommelier for a 2 ** Michelin star restaurant
You will need to have:
- Experience as Assistant Head sommelier in at least 1 to 2 Michelin star establishment essential!!!
- Fluent English
- you must have the right to work in UK
- you must have a qualifications WSET 2 or 3
duties:- Advising members on wine lists
