Job Role: Head Kitchen Porter
Location: London City

Salary: £31,200 for 40 Hour Contract £15/Hour
Benefits -
We are searching for a Head Porter who has prior experience in leading a team of KP's. This is working for a contract catering company for a lovely site based in the City. You will lead a team of around 3-4 Kps on a daily basis.
This role is working Monday to Friday on a 40 hour contract between hours of 6.30am to 3.30pm, Any hours over 40 will be paid at overtime rate, You will not need to work any evenings or weekends.
As Head KP you will lead the team and maintain standards, you will ensure all areas of the kitchen are kept clean and tidy and the team keep on top of all washing up and cleaning. You will be in charge of ordering and ensuring deliveries are put away.
You will need strong experience in Health and Safety and COSHH. You will write the rotas and also need to do disciplinary's and team development.
The Head KP needs excellent communication skills as you will work very closely with the Senior Chefs and write reports and performance appraisals.
