Senior Technical Services Manager
Are you a talented and driven Senior Technical Services Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity to showcase your skills and make a real impact? We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Technical Services Manager. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical services issues, working closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure seamless execution from proposal through to post-construction on london’s largest fit out to date… a £200M total value Cat B office space with amenity, auditorium, seminar rooms, restaurant facilities and communal areas.

Your journey will begin at the proposal stage, where you will play an integral part in crafting winning proposals by liaising with the Senior Project Manager, preparing construction methodology, and aligning technical services strategy with the construction sequence. You'll dive deep into design details, engage with key stakeholders to secure top talent and buy-in, and proactively identify and mitigate programme risks. As we move into pre-construction, you'll take the lead in developing the Technical Services Strategy, collaborating with the Project Manager on the construction programme, and guiding the procurement process to select the best Trade Contractors. Your expertise will be invaluable in advising on buildability, product selection, and identifying long lead items.

Once construction is underway, you'll really have the opportunity to shine. You will monitor Trade Contractor performance, facilitate seamless design team coordination, and proactively solve any problems that arise. Your technical support and guidance will be essential to the Technical Services Manager for successful site installation. As the project nears completion, you'll coordinate inspections, manage commissioning, and ensure all necessary documentation is in place. Finally, during post-construction, you will continue to provide exceptional service by swiftly resolving any defects reported by the Client.
