Location: Central London
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of innovative concepts for luxury hospitality projects.
Produce high-quality technical drawings and provide feedback on implementation drawings.
Review shop drawings and ensure alignment with design intent.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications throughout the design process.
Collaborate with external teams and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and design specifications.
Conduct quality assurance reviews and manage client sign-off processes.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on luxury hospitality projects
Degree in Interior Design or a similar relevant field (or equivalent)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
Experience in Revit is a plus but not essential
Confident in their knowledge of FF&E Design
Proven ability to lead design teams and manage projects independently
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Willingness to travel for both domestic and international projects
Expertise in design detailing and the ability to review and approve shop drawings
