What You'll Do:
Project Mobilisation: Coordinate travel, accommodation, site visits, and necessary equipment while maintaining seamless communication with the Project Manager.
Risk Assessments: Conduct comprehensive health and safety risk assessments on-site, adhering to the Quality Management System (QMS) and Approved Methods of Work.
Expert Evaluations: Perform Legionella Risk Assessments to UKAS standards, ensuring precision and timely completion.
Client Representation: Serve as a knowledgeable and professional expert in all client interactions.
Reporting: Generate accurate, UKAS-compliant reports within specified deadlines.
Documentation: Create schematic drawings and compile final documentation for client presentation.
Project Management: Achieve project objectives within established timelines and budget constraints.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance project workflows.
Client Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
Project Presentation: Present completed projects to clients, providing clear explanations and addressing any questions.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal departments to support business development.
Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Team Development: Assist in the professional development of team members, providing guidance and training.
Feedback: Capture and relay client feedback to the Project Consultant for continuous improvement.
Compliance Monitoring: Report Gateway 2 Compliance to the Senior Management Team.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in completing risk assessments for complex water systems, including hospitals.
In-depth knowledge of water systems design and operation.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidance, such as COSHH, ACoP L8, HSG274 parts 1-3, and S/HTM04-01.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, with strong IT skills.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, engaging, and supportive attitude.
