We are seeking a professional and experienced Night Receptionist to join our client team. This temporary position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment in Chelsea, London.
Position Overview:
Job Title: Hotel Night Receptionist
Location: Chelsea, London
Shift: Rota-based night shift, approx. 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour
Duration: Until February
As a Night Receptionist, you will manage front desk operations, assist guests with inquiries, and ensure smooth overnight operations. Previous experience is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure
* Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
* Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
* Managing phone calls and emails during the night
* Monitoring the premises and ensuring guest safety
* Coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth operations
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a receptionist (night shift experience preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and handle responsibility
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in basic computer systems and booking software
