Job Description

We are delighted to be working with one of the most spectacular country house hotels located in the UK. They are looking for a Night Chef to make sure every guest receives 5-star service no matter what the time is!

As a Night Chef, you will be creating a variety of culinary delights during the evening service and throughout the night. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership, training and communication skills as well as elevate your CV and abilities as a chef.

Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Night Chef

  • £31,952 per annum plus 3,500 to £4,000 service charge
  • Working 48 hours a week, 5 on 2 off
  • Typically hours are 9pm to 7am

Responsibilities as a Night Chef

  • Creating a variety of delicious dishes to be served throughout the hotel during the evening and night
  • Ensuring a clean, tidy and organised working environment at all times
  • Running your own section efficiently and effectively to meet the high standards of the hotel
  • Suggesting new and exciting menu and or recipe ideas to the more senior chefs in the kitchen
  • Making the most of the hotel's excellent training and development opportunities
