We are looking for a Pastry Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef to join our 3 Michelin Star Pastry team

Salary ranges from £43,500 to £48,000 per year depending on previous experience

Supporting the Pastry Team looking exclusively after the 3 Michelin Star restaurant

As a Pastry Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef

- Looking after mise en place and service for the 3 Michelin Star Lecture Room and Library Restaurant

- Paid Holidays for Pastry Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef starts at 29 / year with an additional 1 paid holiday per year of service every year for 5 years

The role of a Pastry Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef:

The Pastry Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef will be ensuring that all details are up to the required standards. Working within the Pastry team under the guidance of MasterchefPierre Gagnaireand Head Chef Daniel Stucki as well as Executive Pastry Chef Damien Thibault, you will create excellence for our guests.

We are looking for an experienced technically talented individual with previous similar experience of excellence and innovation.
