Reservations Agent - Luxury Hotel

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced hotel reservations agent to join the Reservations team at this prestigious hotel. As Reservations agent you will be responsible for providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservations service.

• Basic salary of £24,625
• Service on top of basic (approx. £8,000)
• 40-hour contract
• shift vary starting at 8am ( earliest) and latest finish is 730pm

The Person

The ideal Reservations Agent will have the following:

• Previous experience within a hotel setting, ideally within reservations or reception
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Be patient and comfortable working under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and be approachable
• Excellent guest relations skills
• happy with some weekend work and available to work shifts as required
