General Manager, French Mediterranean Restaurant & Bar - Mayfair
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced, premium General Manager who has passion and flair for all things hospitality. You will be managing one of Mayfair's most popular dining destinations opened in 2018 this fantastic brand has 14 venues worldwide and are rapidly expanding, whilst ensuring their core values are first and foremost; the team are a family and the guest experience will exceed expectations.

The Person
The successful General Manager will have the following:
- Experience in premium, high volume dining ideally in Mayfair
- Solid P&L knowledge and proven track record of managing budgets, compliance and health and safety.
- Must have experience in fine dining and late night venues
- Ability to lead a strong, experienced, long standing happy team
- A highly experience General Manager with a strong business understanding
- Outgoing & personable is a must
- Experience in Modern French dining
- Organised, passionate & driven
- Strong attention to detail
- The face of the business – personable & engaging, ready to build a great rapport with all guests
