Loscar London is a five-star boutique hotel and architectural gem located in the heart of Bloomsburys historic Holborn. The hotel features 39 bedrooms of which 18 are suites and is home to Loscar Restaurant as well as the most unique event spaces in London - The Baptist, The Library, and The Committee Room.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Head Bartender to join our expanding team in London. Successful candidates will become integral members of a vibrant, dynamic team, working across all facets of hospitality.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in crafting innovative cocktails.
• Ability to engage with guests and staff in a professional, courteous manner.
• Comprehensive understanding of premium spirits, wines, and beverages.
