Position: Sous Chef
Location: Central London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £18.61 per hour
Role Overview:
As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations. This includes food preparation, ensuring food quality and consistency, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. The role also involves assisting with menu planning and maintaining stock control.

- Assist in the day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure food preparation meets quality standards.
- Help with menu development and implementation.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of food quality.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a commercial kitchen.
