A highly respected law firm in Hertford is seeking to grow its property litigation division by welcoming a new Property Litigation Solicitor on board.

The role:

You will be working on your own initiative and assisting with a very healthy, high-quality and rewarding workload within the Property Dispute Resolution department. You will be dealing with residential landlord and tenant matters.

What will it take to be successful in your application?

• Have qualified as a solicitor
• Previous experience in property litigation, specifically from both the landlord’s and the tenant’s perspective
• Ideally experience in debt recovery matters
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
