Facade Manager

Actively seeking an experienced Facade Manager to join a principal contractor that has been operating for over 70 years. This client operates across the hotel, residential, student accommodation, health care and education sector. With a number of residential and student accommodation projects in the pipeline for 2025 this main contractor is seeking for a Facade manager to join their team for a large Residential high rise scheme in West London.

About the role of a Facade Manager

This role will require a strong Facade Manager to manage a £9million rain screen cladding, brickwork facade package for a Residential, co-living mixed tenure high rise building. Mast-Climbing work platform will be used as this site is logistically close to TFL railway line.

Responsibilities of the Facade Manager Role

Responsible for managing the facade package whilst reporting into the Project Manager on site
Health & Safety
Quality Assurance
Liaising with TFL to ensure site operations are compliant and non disruptive to the railway.
Ensure the project is running to programmeRequirements of the Facade Manager role

Experience with rainscreen cladding and brickwork facade packages on high rise residential schemes is essential.
Mast Climber experience essential
Led a facade package on a Residential project up to £10million desired
