Pay Rate: $15.00
Job Description:
SOAR is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and inventory management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of key tasks, ensuring smooth workflows, and supporting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and inventory management for The Closet, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Process and maintain accurate records for up to ten student intake forms weekly.
- Coordinate and place weekly Amazon orders, ensuring timely delivery and adequate stock levels.
- Supervise a team of three student workers, providing training, guidance, and support to maximize performance.
- Mentor and oversee the development of three interns, delegating tasks and offering growth opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels, working closely with relevant teams to prevent shortages and optimize stock.
- Implement and enforce operational policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Analyze and evaluate operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance productivity.
- Communicate regularly with management, providing updates on operations, inventory, and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to support broader organizational objectives.
