Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with the restaurant's menu and standards.

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
*
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
*
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients.
*
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
*
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
*
Address any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality or service.
Qualifications
*
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
*
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food production processes.
*
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
*
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
*
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
*
A passion for cooking and creativity in menu design.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £15,000.00-£26,340.00 per year
