As Pastry Chef de Partie at Ottolenghi Marylebone, you will be:

  • Working alongside our talented pastry team to prepare and execute a diverse range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
  • You will contribute to menu development, ensuring that our offerings are of the highest quality and exceed our guests' expectations
  • Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to Ottolenghi's standards and recipes
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
