We arecurrently looking for aPastry Chef De Partieto jointhe brigade at our state of the art, exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

The Experience & Qualifications required:

• Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private members club advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar positionis essential; preferable Michelin-star restaurant background

The responsibilitiesare:

• To plan production in order to facilitate all daily requirements
• To supervise, assist and co-ordinate all preparation/presentation
• To assist in overseeing the smooth running of the day to day operations in the pastry kitchen

• Straight shifts, up to 48 hours a week
