Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £100 – £120 per day

About the role:
As our new HLTA, you’ll be more than a teaching assistant; you’ll be a key player in delivering engaging and interactive lessons, supporting small group interventions, and helping to plan and deliver the curriculum. You’ll be working across Key Stage 1 and 2, making every day a new opportunity to make a difference in various areas of the curriculum. Whether it’s providing one-on-one support, leading small groups, or covering classes when needed, your impact will be felt schoolwide.
Application Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications (HLTA or equivalent).
• Previous experience supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils.
• Proven ability to connect with children of diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• A passion for education and nurturing children’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting class teachers with lesson delivery and curriculum planning.
• Leading small group interventions to boost student engagement and achievement.
• Covering lessons as needed, ensuring continuity in learning.
• Providing tailored support for students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborating with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive environment.
