Corporate and Commercial Solicitor

A leading Legal 500 firm with offices across London and the Regions, is looking to make a key senior hire in their corporate commercial team. The position is for a experienced corporate commercial solicitor looking to progress their career, who can confidently handle an existing book of business working on some absolutely top-quality work within a really nice environment.

What we are looking for:

The position will require strong experience in high quality corporate commercial matters. You will need:

• Experience of both corporate and commercial work, ideally in private practice
• Ability to handle a busy and high value book of business
• Experience in M&As, corporate deals and general commercial work
• Some areas you may work within will include mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, management buy ins/outs, restructuring, financing and more
