Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining establishments, Michelin starred restaurants, or private members clubs
• Extensive knowledge of Italian and British cuisine
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Creative flair and a passion for culinary excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are desirable
