We are seeking a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join the team at this renowned restaurant, celebrated for its innovative menus and exceptional use of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Junior Sous and Sous Chefs to prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard.
• Manage and support a team of Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties, ensuring the smooth running of your section during service.
• Maintain consistency and precision in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and fully compliant with hygiene standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative relationship with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or higher in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant.
• A genuine passion for food, with a focus on fresh, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
