Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous in high end/ upscale restaurants (2+ yrs)
• Demonstrate a track record of success as a Junior Sous within the sophisticated ambiance of fine dining establishments.
• Showcase proficiency in executing intricate and exquisite Mediterranean recipes, adding a touch of precision and flair to each culinary creation.
• Display versatility in a spectrum of cooking techniques, enriching the kitchen with a diverse skill set.
