• Role: Restaurant Manager - with Michelin star* experience
• Location: West London
• Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum DOE
• Hours: 55-60 per week, Tuesday to Saturday (closed Sunday & Monday)

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to join one of Londons most renowned Michelin restaurants. This is a service-driven, floor-based role, focused on delivering impeccable guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Lead and inspire a team of service professionals to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain and enhance the restaurant's reputation for excellence.
• Work closely with the kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in at least a 2 Michelin fine dining environment.
• A passion for service and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• A hands-on approach, thriving in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
