Annual Salary: Basic of up to £36,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

Location: London

I am currently looking for passionate Business Development Managers for a B2B hospitality solutions business based in London.

An established and growing company with big plans for 2025! Your primary responsibility as BDM will be to proactively research, identify and approach new operator partners.

A great opportunity for a graduate looking to start a career in sales!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying and prospecting leads within the hospitality sector
• Approaching these leads through cold-calling, field sales and email campaigns
• Managing your pipeline end to end, from pitching our model to closing the deal through face-to-face and/or virtual meetings, to sign-up new partner operator
• Using the CRM system giving visibility to the management team of your progress
• Build a tight relationship with the wider team to maintain partner quality

DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES

• Sales/ commercial experience (preferably from within the food and beverage sector but not essential)
• Degree achieved from a top university
• A relentless work ethic, drive to succeed and competitive edge
