Project & Logistics Co-ordinator

Leicestershire

Full time | Permanent

Salary £26-28k

Hours 8.30-5pm


Our Leicestershire based clients require a full time, office based Project & Logistics Co-ordinator to join their busy team supporting the Logistics, Production and Projects teams.


The successful candidate will be an organised, with a practical and methodical approach to their work, taking ownership for the tasks and responsibilities assigned in order to support the wider team and ensure client satisfaction.


Responsibilities


  • Administration support for installations and the maintenance of retail displays UK and overseas.
  • Working with the internal compliance department ensuring RAMS and other documentation are in place for installations.
  • Organising deliveries, UK and Nationally and all associated paperwork for import/export.
  • Organising hotels, flights and travel for the projects team and other workers.
  • Setting up teams groups for each project
  • Producing installations and instruction guides for different brands/projects
  • Assisting with organising permits and liaising with sites regarding booking in, access etc and keeping documentation up to date and accessible on the internal system.
  • Raise supplier PO’s via SAGE
  • Keeping company fleet vehicles up to date - Tax, Mot and breakdown. Book servicing and repairs and vehicle checks for each vehicle.
  • Management of company pool cars, booking in/out.
  • Ordering and stock management of consumables used in Production units.
  • Producing labels for Production items ready for dispatch from our warehouse.
  • Assist with manual support for the Production team during busy periods
  • Providing support to colleagues in the development and implementation of effective production and manufacturing.
  • Taking ownership of tasks as and contribution of the wider team and projects to ensure
  1. A high level of customer satisfaction.

Experience

  • Organised and thorough administrator
  • Good communication skills, experience of working well with internal teams and external parties (sites/suppliers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including excel and powerpoint. Experience of SAGE (not essential)
  • Experience of organising deliveries and or logistics
  • Experience of organising different elements of travel
  • Enthusiastic and confident in supporting different departments and teams.
