Experienced Bar Staff & Waiters needed for 4 & 5-Star events in Central London
We are seeking Experienced Bar Staff & Waiters to join our team for exciting Christmas events at a prestigious locations in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-end environment!
Position Overview:
Job Title: Experienced Waiter & Bar Staff
Location: Central London
Type: Event-based, Part-Time & Full-Time roles
Shifts: Flexible shifts are available, including breakfast, lunch, and evening/night shifts on weekends and weekdays
Pay Rate: between £11.44-£13.00 per hour
Aa a Bar Staff & Waiter, you are responsible for providing exceptional service during events. This is an ongoing part-time role with shifts available throughout the year, depending on the event requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve beverages to guests with speed and precision while maintaining excellent customer service
* Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience
* Work collaboratively with the front and back-of-house teams to deliver seamless service
* Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to health and safety standards
* Engage with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, addressing their needs promptly
* Manage a busy and fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service
Requirements:
* Smart appearance with formal white shirt, black waistcoat, black suit trousers, black tie, and black smart shoes
* Must have previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills and customer service
* Ability to work well under pressure, especially during busy Christmas periods
* Well-presented, punctual, and reliable individuals who take pride in their work
* Exceptional service standards, attention to detail, and a warm, professional demeanor
* A positive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
